Seniors: Don’t forget to fill out your Special Guest form for Graduation and turn it in to Ms. Knight in the Main Office. If you would like an invitation sent to anyone, should be someone other than a high school staff member, please turn this in ASAP! (Read till Jun 2nd)
The doctor will be in the nurse’s office for FALL SPORTS PHYSICALS on Wednesday, June 7th at 8:15 AM. You must come before June 7th for the pre-physical.
The final night rehearsal before the High School Orchestra concert is tonight (5/18) from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM. This is our chance to play our pieces in the Auditorium before our concert on Wednesday, May 24th. Please arrange to be present this Thursday night.
The Science Mock Regents will be held this Saturday (5/20). For those students taking a Science Regents exam in June, please check with your science teacher.
IMPORTANT FOR VARSITY ATHLETES:
The varsity sports awards dinner is on Tuesday, June 6th at the Double Tree Hotel. You will be able to pick up your ticket to the dinner beginning Tuesday, May 30th. If you are purchasing a ticket for a guest you can come up to the athletic office at any time. The cost is $35 for each guest ticket.
Please remember you must have a ticket by Friday, June 2nd or you will NOT be allowed to attend the dinner. We must give the hotel an accurate count by Friday, June 2nd.
Attention English Honor Society Members: There is a meeting on Monday, May 22 at 3:05 in 311 West. This meeting is ONLY for newly inducted members and all new junior members are expected to attend; seniors are not to attend. Any questions, see Mrs. McChoi.
Attention Juniors: If you are signed up for athletic option next year, you must complete fitness testing on Monday, May 22 at 3:30 on the track with Mrs. Turnesa and Mr. Gersfeld.
Class of 2018 Officer Applications are available morning or afternoon from Ms. Burrello in 410E and Ms. Swayne in 108W. Class Officers Elections will be held during homeroom May 23rd. Positions include: President, Vice President, Treasurer/Fundraising, Social Media Coordinator, Event Coordinator.
Attention All African American Culture Club Members, our next meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 23rd in room 201 C. Elections will be held for Club Officers for the 2017/18 school year. All students interested in running for an officer position must see Mrs. B in Guidance ASAP.
Love Holds Life is a local children’s cancer foundation. To supporting this organization, Sleepy Hollow will be participating in a Dress Down Day. T-Shirt will be sold for $10.
