Beverages don’t fill your stomach in the
same way that solid food does. As a result,
you can drink many calories without noticing.
As a result, it’s easy to gain weight
from drinking beverages other than water.
Drinking one 20 ounce bottle of soda
per day in addition to the food you need to
be healthy would make you gain 26 pounds in a year!

The New Date for the Junior Dinner is April 10th!
There will be a meeting of the National Honor Society on Monday, April 6th at 3:10 in the cafeteria. Among the agenda items is election of officers for next year, and volunteering to help with graduation and Awards Night.
Any girls who are interested in girl’s tennis next fall sports season. Please come to a very important meeting in the gym at 3:05 PM this Thursday (3/26).
