The Sleepy Hollow High School Visual Arts department is proud to announce that William Gary '18 has been selected as a Merit winner in the National Young Arts Foundation yearly competition. Gary, whose medium is painting, was chosen as one of the 757 nation's most promising young artists in the visual, literary, design and performing arts.

Looking for a way to burn off those holiday meals? The Outdoors Club will be hiking to Bald Mountain through Doodletown,an abandoned community from the 1700's on Saturday, December 9th. Permission slips are available on Mr. Berger's door. The club will
meet Friday, December 8th at 3PM.
The Math Honor Society is pleased to announce that we will be sponsoring Sleepy Hollow's 6th administration of the MAA American Mathematics Competitions on Wednesday, February 7th, 2018. These are National exams that lead to the formation of the USA Team at the International Mathematical Olympiad. The exams are 75 minutes long and all students are invited to participate. Please see Mrs. Walsh in the Math Office to sign up.
Seniors!! Deadline for submitting quotes if fast approaching. As of now, we do not have many. If we do not get quotes from most of you, then NO quotes will be in the Yearbook. You have until December 22nd. GET IT DONE! Baby Photos are also due by December 22nd. GET IT DONE! The FINAL day to have your senior portrait taken will be Thursday December 7th. A list of appointment times will be posted in the Lounge, on Mrs. Katsman's door, on Ms. Adamo's door, as well as posted on Google Classroom.
