Cheer tryouts are today in the middle school gym. Everyone should be warmed-up and ready to go by4:30.

The Wellness Club will have its 1st meeting on Friday, September 20th, after school in 410 East. All are welcome to attend.
There will be a fan bus going to the Varsity Football game on Friday night vs. Pelham. Game starts at 7pm, the bus will be leaving Sleepy at 5:45. Permission slips are available to be picked up in the Main Office and are due back by Friday afternoon. Go Horsemen!
Fully completed applications to the National Honor Society are due by noon on Monday, Sept. 23rd. You may bring your completed application to Mrs. Rosenwasser in 319W or leave it in Mrs. Rosenwasser's mailbox. No late or incomplete applications will be considered.
The first Literary Magazine Club meeting will take place on October 7th at 3:30 in room 307W. All new and current members should attend. We will discuss meeting dates, club goals, and plans for the 2020 publication of Shadow and Substance.

To all SHADE program applicants, interviews for the program will be held on October 7th, 8th and 10th immediately after to school in Classroom 303 North. Interviews will be conducted on a first come basis and will last no longer than 15 minutes. Ms. Mindy Cohen will continue interviews for as long as students are present. If you are an athlete, consider coming as early as possible in order to be able to get to practice on time. Ms. Cohen will arrive at 2:30 and can meet with you outside of the classroom if you have a free last period on the 7th and 8th. Mandatory training sessions will be held on October 15 and 17th @ 3:15 SHARP in the cafeteria. Please make note of these dates in your calendar.
