Too much caffeine can cause a person to be
nervous, irritable, and to have difficulty
sleeping and a rapid heartbeat. Caffeine is
found in coffee, tea, iced tea, colas and so called
energy drinks.
The cells throughout our body need water;
these cells are filled with water and they are
surrounded by water. Make plain water your
favorite beverage. Sweetened waters, including
those with artificial colors, flavors,
or artificial sweeteners, are not good choices
due to the sugar, artificial sweeteners, and
other artificial ingredients.
Enjoy your day the healthy way!

And Now For Sports…
The Sleepy Hollow Varsity Softball team started their season off with a bang..and some rain at yesterday’s game (4/7).. With only 2 innings in, Sleepy Hollow took a considerable lead over Irvington with a score of 9-2, but Mother Nature decided to end the game with the rain. In just those 2 innings though, the Lady Horsemen showed the fans what they have been working on in practice - hustling, determination and teamwork. Great job Team! The remainder of the game will be rescheduled...stay tuned...
Our next game is Thursday, April 9 - away at Briarcliff.
