Congratulations to the girls track team on their first meet against Tappan Zee. Avery Schumacher placed 1st in the 100 meters and 2nd in the 200 meters. Cece Moriarity placed 2nd in the 800 meters. The 400 meter relay team, Avery Schumacher, Ella McGovern, Sophie Sylves-Berry and Juliana Largess placed 1st. Come support and cheer on the Horsemen squad at their next home meet, Monday, April 1st.
On Monday, March 25th, the boys track team competed against Tappan Zee. The 3200m relay team started the meet off with a victory. Nike Springer ran the fastest split for the Horsemen in 2:18. Abhi Weltig placed 3rd in the 1600m. Jake Garcia won the long jump and placed 2nd in the 100m. D-Wills placed 2nd in both the high jump and long jump. Our next meet is Monday, April 1st vs. Pearl River. We are home so come out and support the team.
