We utilized both gymnasiums for our drill today. Ninth and tenth graders proceeded to the Middle School gym and eleventh and twelfth graders moved to the High School gym.
The drill was completed by 11:45 am and the students were sent home.
Professional development activities began at 12:45 pm.

Attention all new SHADE interns:
Shade training will take place Tuesday, October 22nd and Tuesday, October 29th from 3:00 PM - 4:30 PM in room 303 NORTH. All interns from all programs MUST attend.
Pioneer practice will begin Wednesday, October 30th in the Middle School gym from 7:45 -8:30 AM.
The after school social group will begin on Tuesday, November 5th from 3:00 PM - 4:30 PM at the Neighborhood House site.

On Thursday, October 10th, Varsity field hockey played at Hendrick Hudson High school. At the end of the first half, e Lady Horseman took the lead by 1 goal scored by Heather Colley, assisted by Jane Maloy. The Horseman played very offensively as they attacked Hendricks Hudson's cage, but could not score any additional goals. Sleepy hollow came home with a great win and shut out by goalkeeper Marissa Fortungo. The Lady Horseman look to play again on Tuesday October 15th at 4:45 at Hastings High school.

On Thursday, October 10th, the JV field hockey team played at Hendrick Hudson High School. The Lady Horseman started off playing aggressively in Hen Hud's circle by scoring within the first few minutes. Annie Camlic scored a goal, which was assisted by Madi Bernstein.Sleepy Hollow kept up their strong offensive pressure and Gabby DelMonico scored a goal just before the end of the first half. With the tough defense played by Sleepy Hollow, they came home with a winof 2-0. The team prepares to play next on Wednesday, October 16th at 5:30.
